Sergei Lipchanskii and Askhat Urazbaev are the authors of Oper8. Sergei founded the AI consulting, training and engineering practice in 2023. Askhat founded ScrumTrek in 2008, working on product and Agile transformations.
Oper8 draws on the team's product delivery work and AI projects since 2023. The method focuses on practical questions: which process to change, how to assess a pilot and who will own the result.
