AI Literacy — help your company work alongside AI agents

A company-wide programme for 50 to 40 000 people. Everyone learns to spot useful AI work, give an agent clear feedback, read the right metrics and know where human judgement still matters. For 500+ people, we add Train-the-Trainers and asynchronous practice.

Led by Kiberry trainers across role-based tracks.

Who it is for

When AI Literacy is the right format — and when it is not.

AI Literacy closes one specific gap: everyone needs to understand how to work alongside AI in their own role. If you are at a different point in the journey, we will point you to the right programme.

A good fit ✓

  • You have 50 to 40,000 people and need a shared baseline, from frontline roles to engineers.
  • One or two AI agents already work in production, and the next step is helping more people use them well.

Start somewhere else

The main filter

The programme works when three things are in place: a budget owner in HR or L&D; at least one real AI case to learn from; and a clear view of the role groups to cover. Without a real case, the programme turns into lectures about ChatGPT — that is not our format.

The process

One day to six weeks, depending on your scale.

Everyone develops across four levels, from L1 Awareness to L4 Systems Thinking, then the programme adapts to your size. For 50–500 people, that is an intensive workshop. For 500+, we add Train-the-Trainers and asynchronous practice.

What people learn

Four levels of practical capability from the Oper8 methodology: from L1 Awareness to L4 Systems Thinking.

  • Spot useful AI work in your own role

Start with tomorrow's task, not a generic prompt. Learn what makes a real workflow different from simply putting text through ChatGPT.

  • Work alongside an AI agent

Give feedback that explains what the agent missed, understand where it fails and know when a human decision is needed.

  • Read the metrics of the flywheel

See what it means when a metric grows together with its counter-metric, and which decisions belong to AI or to people.

How it works

Two formats cover different scales and starting points.

One to two days for 50–500 people.

Role-based tracks for team leads, product, analytics, HR and IT, with an industry-specific programme where it matters.

Add asynchronous practice for 500–40,000 people.

We prepare 10–15 internal trainers to run the next waves with our materials, supported by an asynchronous practice environment. It takes six weeks from kickoff to the first broad rollout.

At Haleon, a role-based approach helped connect AI learning to the work people already owned. The same model can scale from one team to a company-wide rollout without turning the programme into generic lectures.

What remains

Practical assets your company keeps.

Four tangible assets keep the programme working after our trainers leave.

Corporate AI Literacy tracks for your roles

Six to ten role-based tracks built around your jobs, industry and real backlog. They remain useful for onboarding new people after the programme ends.

A pool of internal trainers

Ten to twenty-five people who can lead the next waves of learning. Scale coverage without growing the L&D team.

Asynchronous AI practice

A practical environment for independent repetition, with completion metrics, role progress and visible points of failure.

A 30 / 60 / 90-day adoption report

See who applies the tools in real work, where the gaps are and what to improve. It measures activity, not attendance.

Scope and effort

What shapes the programme.

We scope each programme around the number of people, role tracks, starting cases and the depth of industry adaptation. We will give you a clear proposal after the fit call.

One to two days for 50–500 people.

An intensive session followed by four weeks of reinforcement, with one or two ready-made role tracks.

Internal trainers and asynchronous practice for 500–40,000 people.

Six weeks from kickoff to the first broad rollout, with 10–15 internal trainers, six to ten role tracks and industry adaptation.

Protected time is part of the programme.

Participants need one to two intensive days and one to two hours a week for four weeks of reinforcement. Internal trainers need around four hours a week for six weeks. Without protected time, adoption drops before the fourth week.

A budget owner and a real AI case.

We need a sponsor in HR or L&D, an active case to learn from and a view of the roles to cover. If there is no working case yet, start with a workshop or an AI potential diagnostic.

The pairing

Often ordered together.

AI Literacy prepares everyone — AI Champions 2.0 prepares the leaders who launch AI agents in their own processes. The pairing is useful when a company needs both broad capability and local ownership.

The combination creates two reinforcing loops: champions build working agents in their functions, while AI Literacy gives the wider organisation the confidence and habits to use them. One programme creates local ownership; the other makes adoption broad enough to last.
