For managers and specialists without programming experience. Before the hackathon, we help you choose a small task. During the day, you build a first version and learn how to improve it with AI.
For example, build a report from several data exports. Describe which data to combine and the output you need. Check calculations on familiar examples, investigate errors and try different exports. We choose the task and scope before the day.

Work on the task selected before the hackathon, with help from agents. Facilitators help clarify requirements, investigate errors and improve the tool. Test it against familiar examples from your work.

Show the tool to colleagues, test the main scenario and record its limitations. Review what is ready to use, what needs more work and how to change the solution yourself.

After the hackathon: optional mentoring
If you want to develop the tool further, we can agree separate support for troubleshooting, new features and use in everyday work. Mentoring is not included in the one-day hackathon.
